In this episode of Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive Ins, and Dives, we'll visit one of the South's favorite barbecue spots - the Smoke Shack Team in San Antonio. It's served with a variety sauces and an onion-ring.

Guy Fieri's restaurant career

Guy Fieri began his restaurant career as a teenager selling soft pretzels. His father helped him construct a three-wheeled bicycle car, which he sold to make enough money for his international study trip. After graduating from the University of Nevada in 1990, Guy Fieri worked at various restaurants and eventually became a district manager at Louise's Trattoria in Las Vegas. He was also a chef and a supermarket salesman.
